SOLDOTNA, ALASKA · VETERAN OWNED
BUILT IN ALASKA FOR ALASKA
Founded in Soldotna on the Kenai Peninsula, Polar Plank was created with one uncompromising mission: build the warmest, strongest, most structurally authentic log homes possible using 100% Alaskan timber.
OUR HERITAGE
LOCAL TIMBER. PATENTED SCIENCE.
Conventional log homes built from unseasoned logs imported from the Pacific Northwest or Canada routinely check, twist, and require relentless chinking and heating upkeep under brutal Alaska freeze-thaw cycles.
As a veteran-owned company operating right here on the Kenai Peninsula, we engineered a superior solution: harvest sustainable white spruce directly in Alaska, mill it in Soldotna, and bond it around a continuous airtight insulating core inside factory-assembled wall panels.
