Every Polar Plank floor plan (Plans 1 through 4) is engineered with Alaska lifestyle realities in mind. Rather than an afterthought, our layouts accommodate covered exterior timber entry porches and dedicated mudroom spaces that can be fully isolated from main living areas.
For custom floor plans, our design team can extend entry dimensions to incorporate deep bench seating, floor drains for thawing snow gear, dedicated meat/fish chest freezers, and utility hookups.
