- 01Exterior Walls: Pre-built, insulated log wall panels (R-32 value standard, R-50 optional)
- 02Exterior Finish: Alaska-rated exterior stain applied (or left unstained upon request)
- 03Interior Finish: Sealed clear satin interior timber finish
- 04Windows & Doors: High-performance double-pane windows and exterior doors
- 05Roof Framing: Pre-cut heavy timber rafters and engineered ridge beam
- 06Roof Decking: Heavy-duty roof sheathing and roof underlayment felt
- 07Weather Shield: 1 run of ice & water shield membrane along eaves
- 08Roof Trim: Factory-milled solid wood fascia boards
- 09Interior Framing: Full stud wall bundle for interior room framing

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
These items are handled on-site by you or your general contractor. We provide technical support and documentation to your builder.

- —Foundation: Concrete stem wall, slab, ICF basement, or driven helical steel pins
- —First Floor Substructure: First floor joists, rim boards, and first-floor subfloor deck
- —Decks & Covered Entries: Exterior deck framing, piers/sonotubes, and decking surface
- —Lifting Equipment: Boom truck or mobile crane rental for panel lift & set
- —Erection Labor: General contractor assembly crew or experienced DIY installation
- —Roof Finishing: Final metal roofing or architectural shingles, ridge caps, and flashing
- —Electrical System: Complete rough-in, panel, wiring, and finish fixtures
- —Plumbing System: Waste, supply lines, rough-in, and plumbing fixtures
- —Heating & Mechanical: HRV ventilation, boiler, radiant in-floor, woodstove, or heat pump
- —Interior Wall Finishes: Drywall, T&G accent walls, paint, and trim finishing
- —Cabinetry & Countertops: Kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, and counters
- —Flooring & Tile: Hardwood, tile, or luxury vinyl plank throughout
- —Permits & Inspections: Local borough building permits, septic approval, and inspections

Shiplap
A cleaner, contemporary face. Flat boards and tight reveals for owners who want genuine timber warmth without the round-log silhouette.
Metal Cladding
A modern Alaska exterior. Hard-wearing metal cladding for exposed sites, maritime winds, and ultra low-maintenance remote builds.

Natural Clear / Cedar Tone
Preserves the blonde, honey-tinted grain of fresh Alaskan white spruce.
Warm Honey Amber
Rich, golden tone reminiscent of classic Kenai riverfront cabins.
Deep Timber Bark
Dark architectural espresso stain providing strong rugged contrast.
Nordic Weathered Gray
Contemporary driftwood tone that mimics naturally aged high-latitude spruce.
