ANATOMY OF THE PANEL

ENGINEERED FOR EXTREME SUB-ZERO CYCLES

Every wall panel is precision-assembled in our climate-controlled Soldotna mill. The exterior features authentic Alaska timber profiles; inside, an unbroken insulating core stops thermal bridging and air leaks before walls ever touch your subfloor.

01. EXTERIOR ALASKA TIMBER

Locally harvested white spruce milled to log, shiplap, or metal profiles.

02. CONTINUOUS INSULATED CORE

Airtight R-32 or upgraded R-50 insulation core eliminating drafts and heat loss.

03. PRE-BUILT STRUCTURAL PANEL

Pre-cut window and door bucks, pre-engineered for rapid crane placement.

THERMAL PERFORMANCE RATINGS

R-32 STANDARD. R-50 FOR INTERIOR ALASKA.

Standard building codes often struggle to keep Alaskan homes warm without skyrocketing heating costs. We deliver two verified performance tiers:

  • Fairbanks, Copper River Basin, Yukon, and High Arctic
  • Maximum thermal barrier preventing frost lines and cold spots
  • Available across all standard and custom floor plans
